BFI Love Season

LSFF 2016

Little Elephant goes on to screen in the BAFTA qualifying London Short Film Festival in January and is nominated for the Best Animation Award! It will be screening twice, in the 'Father' and 'Animation' programmes http://shortfilms.org.uk/events/2016-01-17-new-shorts-animation-selection

Literaturwerkstatt Berlin

Early Comma Film adaptation  'On Miles Platting Station' is showing in Berlin again as part of a Zebra Poetry Film Festival event on November 17th. The 2007 commission of Simon Armitages poem, it charts the journey from the Pennines in Manchester. 

Shorts in the South

Dear Domenico will be screening in London again at this film event next week at the Stanley Halls - a recently refurbished Edwardian listed building in South London

Loveworks films

I've been hard at work creating 2 x films exploring LGBT relationships in South Asian culture called 'Loveworks'. The first called 'Little Elephant' will be screening at the Fringe Queer Film Festival next month supporting feature Kuma Hina http://fringefilmfest.com/index.php?id=160

Dear Domenico, my film commission from last year will be screening at the International Short Film Festival Cyprus where it is nominated for Best International Short.
Premiered in Milan last year, it is an animated adaptation of the beautiful letter written from Stefano Gabbana to Domenico Dolce.
